SHERLOCK FOODS
 
We roast 15 LB slabs of beef, 
on site. 
slice them paper thin, pile it high on a 7” sub roll. Top it with your choice of, Grilled onions, BBQ sauce or the hottest Horseradish  you ever had.





 
 
 
 
 
For the Pitt Beef We need a minimum of 10’x15’.
 We prefer a corner or end so our smoke dose not impact other crafters and venders. If we also set up the Portabella fries we need an additional 10’
When ever posable we like to include another option.
Portbella Fries & Fried Artichokes!
We dredge them in a spicy breading , quickly fry them in a non hydrogenated oil. and serve them with a creamy Horseradish sauce.
